Chef and Founder

Our chef and founder grew up in a chain of thriving Indian Restaurants in some of London's most sought after locations including Chelsea and Twickenham.  He left the family business to follow a higher level education which suffered pursuing very successful careers in Fashion and Retail, Telesales, Affiliate Marketing and Estate Agency, leaving.  His snobbish nature as a foodie has never left him and has become obsessive in his pursuit to share his passion and innovation of food with everyone.  His inspiration is drawn from his childhood as well as his native homeland and Britain's obsession with Indian food.
